Except Western patriarchy is real.
Imagine the same meme but with the woman replaced by a
"non-white", and the Jew saying "Whites did it!" in the second
panel. Would we accept such a meme? If not, why accept this one?

Historical societies have either been patriarchical or
matriarchical. Therefore to depict the Jew as lying to both
sides simultaneously is never accurate. The true treachery of
the Jew is to encourage the oppressor to feel victimized by the
true victim's justified pursuit of accountability, thus making
it harder for observers to tell who the true victim is.
