"low muscle mass + long torso"
Not just the length, also the girth. Besides, ectomorphs should
       have visible ribs.

Yeah that's what I noticed as well. When I first saw that pic I
found his body type weird tbh. His low BMI gives you the outward
impression of ectomorphy when he is dressed. Having a tropical
climate ancestry plus Aryan metabolism (which is why he is also
not "skinny fat") could explain this.

       "His low BMI"
       Do you have a number?
"he is also not "skinny fat""
Are we looking at the same pictures?!?! Look at his waist
       circunference!

Just a relative comparison to other candidates purely based on
observation. He himself has described himself as "skinny" in
       contrast to his "White" peers.

"He himself has described himself as "skinny" in contrast to his
       "White" peers."
That is also a form of Eurocentrism.

       "other candidates"
       Marianne Williamson seems more ectomorphic.

I was talking about the Republican side (mainly Trump, Christie,
and Desantis), but I guess the democrat side as well (aside from
       Marianne).

" Look at his waist circunference!"
I see, but it appears more toned then most "skinny fat" people
(although this could also be due to exercise, but the increased
waist circumference could also be due to age). He also doesn't
have that much abdominal fat from what I can tell (again, could
       be due to exercise).

       "Marianne Williamson seems more ectomorphic."
Would you look at that, an ectomorphic Jew. Not often you see
       one of those.

"the increased waist circumference could also be due to age"
That in itself would be an indication of non-ectomorphy. Actual
ectomorphs are metabolically neotenous and hence do not gain
weight/fat due to aging. Here are some example of old ectomorphs
(also note face shapes esp. compared to Ramaswamy's):

To keep it related to the original topic, these are
       warm-climate-optimized bodies.
"He also doesn't have that much abdominal fat"
Not that much by Eurocentric standards, but a lot by Aryan
       standards.

"Not that much by Eurocentric standards, but a lot by Aryan
       standards."
Good point. A "White" person with his metabolism and
(vegetarian) diet would be looking like Chris Christie, but a
person with Aryan metabolism and the same vegetarian diet would
       look something like myself.
