until Western civilization is dead, we unfortunately have a duty
to keep studying Western knowledge. But those who go on to study
Western knowledge need a firm grounding in non-Western knowledge
first, to help prevent their later study of Western knowledge
from turning them into Westerners. This grounding is what I
believe the above changes will help lead to.
