This could go two ways. If we are lucky, it could reduce
machinist frequency by lowering both high IQ test score
frequency and 7 (or higher)-repeat DRD4 frequency. But if we are
unlucky, it could increase machinist frequency by raising both
high IQ test score frequency and 7 (or higher)-repeat DRD4
frequency. I am not optimistic.
If we had state control over reproduction, on the other hand, we
could play it safe by prohibiting all carriers of >2-repeat DRD4
from reproducing.

Harris never reproduced, therefore she is not to be considered
