AI and genetic splicing are both looking more and more like "the
ring" from LOTR. Only time will tell if those who get their
hands on the ring will destroy it (i.e. non-Westerners) or will
try to benefit themselves with it (i.e. Westerners).
Amazing how Boromir's analogy is becoming more and more relevant
by the day, particularly with the advent of new technologies.
Also amazing how it applies even in the context of non-Zionist
ideologies.
