This illustrates how "White" racism toward "non Whites" is
primarily directed at males, as they are viewed as sexual
competitors, while females are kept alive for their reproductive
utility. Similar to how male calves are killed as they have no
reproductive value, while females are kept alive as they do.

Not to downplay the danger of AI, but I see it as far less
dangerous than innovation in the atomic world, which has yielded
the most destructive weapon known to mankind, namely the atomic

I do not understand your line of reasoning. Nukes will also
destroy current machines. If nuclear annihilation were the only
way to prevent the Singularity, I would take it. My worry is
machines spreading beyond the ability of nukes to destroy (this
is already beginning to happen with cloud computing).
As for the Thiel article:

Thank you Counterculture! Of course from our perspective,
Counterculture anti-machinism did not succeed enough. If it had
truly succeeded, we would have ended machinism altogether, not
merely narrowed its scope. The problem was the False Leftists
who corrupted leftism with progressivism yet again, and thus
prevented Counterculture anti-machinism from developing into
fully-fledged ideological regressivism.

I meant in terms of "Whites" exterminating "non Whites". But I
guess if "Whites" are able to gain a competitive advantage
without doing so then it won't even matter?
