"This could suggest that the dairy in her previous vegetarian
diet (which included dairy) was making her unhealthy, which
       would imply lactose intolerance?"
I see. Lactose tolerance is one of the unfortunate consequence
of Turanian diffusion in the Indian gene pool, which is
otherwise comparatively less Turanized than other countries
which underwent similar diffusion from the steppe. However I
must say even this is minimal: earlier I read that 60% of
Indians are lactose intolerant, despite dairy being an integral
part of the diet. This may be because most dairy is consumed in
its broken down forms (ghee, yogurt) rather than as milk itself.
This may also be why I was able to eat yogurt without any
stomach unease but was not able to drink milk. So perhaps I am
       not lactose tolerant after all...
Or maybe there are varying "degrees" of lactose tolerance...

I forgot to mention another thing. Even before I was aware of
the cruelty of dairy, I remember a few incidents where I started
to view milk as an adulteration of food. Before, I used to drink
hot chocolate with milk, but when I would fall ill with the
flu/cold, I remember drinking it with hot water (as dairy would
only worsen the illness for me) and thinking "Wow! This is so
amazing! I feel like this is how it is supposed to be drank! Why
can't I always drink it like this?".

Ok, I was watching the video again, and she says she went on a
"raw vegan diet" (meaning lots of fruits and vegetables and a
low amount of cooked foods) due to getting menstrual cramps, so
it could be possible that it was the other stuff in her diet
that was giving her problems, not specifically milk, so she may
not be lactose intolerant. However, she did have enough nobility
to make the decision to cut dairy due to ethical reasons from
her regular diet, so I commend her for that. (There is also the
possibility that gatherer blood caused her to get health
       problems from cooked foods ..)

On a side note, nothing more blackpilling/depressing than seeing
an Aryan woman being defiled by a man less evolved than her.

"nothing more blackpilling/depressing than seeing an Aryan woman
being defiled by a man less evolved than her."
Firstly, stop using incel terminology seriously. There is a
perfectly functional mainstream term for "blackpilling":
disillusioning. Secondly, this is why incels are our enemies
(and we need to emphasize that they are, which is why even if we
must use their terminology we should at least put "" around it
to indicate our disdain for it.). Their entire aim is to promote
women lowering their standards, which will just worsen the
       phenomenon you are complaining about.

Ok. But would you say low standards are a heritable trait (even
among Aryans), or is more influenced by societal pressure? For
example, I would consider Aryans who reproduced with non Aryans
in the past to have had "low standards", but surely this was
merely a pragmatic calculation on heir part to spread their
Aryan blood? But perhaps, they only reproduced with non Aryans
due to the unavailability of suitable Aryan partners, so it was
merely a case of them lowering their higher standards, as
opposed to having low standards to begin with.
And in the case that the trait for low standards is heritable
even among Aryan, would you consider the Aryan man who chooses
the Aryan woman with high standards as having higher standards
than the Aryan man who chooses the Aryan woman with low
       standards?

"would you say low standards are a heritable trait (even among
Aryans), or is more influenced by societal pressure?"
Based on my observations, women tend to suddenly lower their
standards after reaching a certain approximate age associated
with the beginning of decline in fertility, so this could be
       heritable at least.
"would you consider the Aryan man who chooses the Aryan woman
with high standards as having higher standards than the Aryan
man who chooses the Aryan woman with low standards?"
If he sees Woman P reject men that Woman Q does not reject,
while the reverse does not occur, he could conclude that P could
has higher standards than Q, but these are not necessarily the
correct standards, therefore merely having high standards is no
guarantee of quality from his own perspective, and therefore
merely choosing P does not imply high standards on his own part.

Is supporting abortion an indication of having non Aryan blood
memory? I just saw that the girl donated to an abortion fund
group on Facebook.. To be fair, I have not seen her explicitly
support abortion, just advocate against abortion bans and donate
       to that group.
Might be a progressive vegan after all..

"Is supporting abortion an indication of having non Aryan blood
       memory?"
       Actually:

       --- Quote ---
       > abortifacient knowledge is often attributed to the
       mythological ruler Shennong

"To be fair, I have not seen her explicitly support abortion,
just advocate against abortion bans and donate to that group."
Why not ask her about her reasoning?
       "Might be a progressive"
       Abortion is not necessarily progressive:
  HTML https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/History_of_abortion_law_debate
       --- Quote ---
       > Many indigenous people have had access to herbal
       abortifacients,[1][page needed][2] emmenagogues, and
contraceptives, which had varying degrees of effectiveness. Some
of these are mentioned in the earliest literature of the ancient
       world.

I am finally posting this video because I would like your honest
       opinion:
       www.youtube.com/watch?v=ahrlWrMaJBw
Note the non Aryan attitude of the younger sister, who said she
viewed vegans as "annoying" and "trying to impose their views on
her", even though she was already a vegetarian. I myself was a
vegetarian, but I never reacted this way to vegans, because I
knew meat eaters would react the same way to (ethical)
vegans/vegetarians, and I would agree with the (ethical)
vegans/vegetarians, so for me to react in a way similar to the
meat eaters would make me their moral equivalent. Moreover, my
vegetarianism was always based on minimizing the amount of
violence I initiated through my diet, so for me to be morally
consistent I would have to acknowledge ethical vegans as morally
superior as their position was based on initiating an even
       lesser amount of violence.
I have a more positive view of the older sister, but I would
       like to hear your opinion.
