       But no, I disagree that the only thing that can be done is to
       wait for legislative change. Everyone with a firearm can use it
       on the spot. Are you seriously telling me no bystander to the
       incident was carrying a firearm? And if someone was carrying a
       firearm, why didn't they shoot Lucas with it as soon as he used
       his Taser on Price, thereby saving Price from subsequently
       getting shot?

       I disagree that sense of immediate danger is the primary
       motivating factor for their behaviour. Many were conscious
       racists even before they became cops, and these ones became cops
       in order to get a chance to kill "non-whites" without
       consequences.
