Apparently, David Grossman is much to blame for how Police train
to kill in the U.S. Grossman speaks of "flocks" (civilians) and
"Sheep Dogs" as the Police. Herder archetype much?

Amazing isn't it? My only thoughts on that are that the people
who allowed this psycho to train police and soldiers must be
just as insane and out of touch with reality as he himself is.
