Israeli forces shot their own civilians, kibbutz survivor says
Yasmin Porat is interviewed on Israeli state broadcaster
Kan's Haboker Hazeh radio program on 15 October 2023.
The Israeli woman, who survived the Hamas assault on settlements
near the Gaza boundary on 7 October 2023, says Israeli civilians
were “undoubtedly” killed by their own security forces. She also
says that she and other Israelis detained by the Palestinian
fighters were treated "humanely."
HTML https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=3cPeRSVgUpQ
Comments:
I suppose we should thank this woman for her candour, but
the cognitive dissonance in referring to Gazan Concentration
Camp victims as 'terrorists' and not the 'security forces' who
committed the massacre without regard for even Israeli lives is
telling.

Hi, Ali,
In case you haven't seen it, Katie Halper interviewed a survivor
of a Hamas attack.
She was amazingly articulate given what she had experienced. She
predicted bombing Gaza would kill hostages.

"The 'terrorists' treated us humanely." Meanwhile, the
only democracy in the region destroys, maims, and murders with
impunity. Go figure.

Look at the way the interviewer tries over and over again
to drive the conversation/focus back to any type of
evil/negativity.
The speaker/hostage says "terrorists" then says "treated us very
humanely." (Oxymoron much?)
Then again the dishonest host right back to "many horrible
terrible things."
The person/hostage JUST TOLD YOU CLEAR AS DAY WITH EXAMPLES of
how well the hostages were treated, ACTUALLY CARED FOR, but
still has to insist on drawing a massive dark cloud over it.
Absolutely incredible.
So pathetically desperate to spin the story.

so just to be clear, According to this eye witness,
although as part of the resistance and strategy of the fighter
the minute residents were held captive. These (hamas) fighters
however " treated the captives HUMANELY, ...have drinks and
calmed the nervous people " rtf and " NONE of them were violent
to anyone held captive "...
the residents died mainly in crossover once OFF ( Israeli
defence force ) came to the Kibutz!
= Which !a and it is them with their heavy guns tanks and
!machinery that burned the captives to death by bombing/ firing
tanks and so on and Frantically firing DESPITE KNOWING the
israeli citizens of minutes would die.
this ofcourse, feeds well into idf/ Israeli vilifying the
resistance and scoring points Worldwide!
Shame on Israel off & netenyaWHO(?) Responsible for the death of
their own Israeli civilians!!!! Astonishing!
Israel Vows Long War Amid Hezbollah Clash, Hamas Rocket Attack;
Gaza Supplies Will Last "24 Hours"
Hamas’ armed wing said it fired barrage of missiles
towards Jerusalem and Tel Aviv, after sirens surrounded
Jerusalem earlier. In a statement, the Qassam Brigades said the
attack was in response to Israeli forces “targeting civilians”.
Israeli PM Netanyahu warned Iran and Hezbollah to not “test our
will” as he warned Israel’s victory will take time and
“sacrifice”. In his speech to the Knesset, Netanyahu said that
Hamas is a new version of Nazism. The WHO has issued its latest
warning about the increasingly deteriorating humanitarian
situation in the Gaza Strip. The WHO said there is only “24
hours of water, electricity and fuel left” in the enclave before
“a real catastrophe” sets in.
Compare and contrast? The guys in the bottom pictures are
neo-Nazis in Europe. The boys in the top photographs are
rightwing assailants who attacked a group of leftist protesters
in Tel Aviv the other night. Turns out that they’re also Nazis.
The emblem on the t-shirts worn by some of the attackers are
directly lifted from a neo-Nazi group in Germany. It’s the same
slogan, more or less the same violent image, and a star of David
in place of the Nazi Iron Cross. The House of Israel is in
severe disorder. The government of Prime Minister Benjamin
Netanyahu is at least indirectly responsible.
(Thanks Daniel Sieradski for posting this at Occupy Judaism on

Netanyahu obviously knows alot about "Nazism". Comparing
"Nazism" to the German National Socialism of WWII shows Jewish
ignorance at best, and intentional deception on the matter at
worst.

the Second World War (1939–1945), which updated the terms of the
two 1929 treaties and added two new conventions. The Geneva
Conventions extensively define the basic rights of wartime

protections for the wounded and sick, and provided protections
for the civilians in and around a war-zone.[2]
The Geneva Conventions defines the rights and protections
afforded to non-combatants who fulfill the criteria of being

Geneva Conventions concern only protected non-combatants in war.
The use of wartime conventional weapons is addressed by the

World reacts as Gaza officials say 500 killed in Israeli strike
on hospital
At least 500 people have been killed in an Israeli air raid on
al-Ahli Arab Hospital in Gaza, according to Palestinian
authorities in the besieged territory.
Several world leaders have condemned the attack.
A spokesman for Palestinian President Mahmoud Abbas denounced
the air raid as an act of “genocide” and a “humanitarian
catastrophe”.
Abbas has also withdrawn from a previously scheduled meeting
with US President Joe Biden, who is set to arrive in the region
on Wednesday.
King Abdullah II said Israel’s bombing of Gaza hospital was a
“massacre” and a “war crime” that one cannot be silent about.
The Egyptian government has issued a statement denouncing the
attack “in the strongest terms”, calling on the international
community to step in and prevent further violations.
Qatar’s foreign ministry said the attack marked a dangerous
escalation.
“The expansion of Israeli attacks over the Gaza Strip to include
hospitals, schools, and other population centres is a dangerous
escalation,” the statement reads.
“WHO strongly condemns the attack on Al Ahli Arab Hospital”, the
UN health agency’s director-general Tedros Adhanom Ghebreyesus
said on the social media platform X, adding that early reports
indicate “hundreds of deaths and injuries”.
“We call for the immediate protection of civilians and health
care, and for the evacuation orders to be reversed.”
Arab League chief Ahmed Aboul Gheit said that international
leaders must “stop this tragedy immediately” in response to the
attack.
“What diabolical mind intentionally bombards a hospital and its
defenceless inhabitants?” he wrote in a social media post,
saying that “Arab mechanisms will document these war crimes and
the criminals will not get away with their actions.”
Turkey
Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan has denounced the attack
in a statement on social media.
“Hitting a hospital containing women, children and innocent
civilians is the latest example of Israel’s attacks devoid of
the most basic human values,” he said.
“I invite all humanity to take action to stop this unprecedented
brutality in Gaza.”
Canada
Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau condemned the attack and
stressed the importance of adhering to the laws of war.
“The news coming out of Gaza is horrific and absolutely
unacceptable … international law needs to be respected in this
and in all cases. There are rules around wars and it’s not
acceptable to hit a hospital,” Trudeau told reporters.
Iran
Iran’s foreign ministry has denounced the air raid as an attack
on “unarmed and defenceless people”, Iranian state media
reported.
