A clip that's been circulated in my personal group in the last
few days shows very clear evidence that the Congress Bill
H.R.748 or the CARES (Coronavirus Aid, Relief & Economic
Security) Act, basically a corporate/banker bailout package in
the figure of 2.2 trillion up to 6.2 trillion USD was actually
introduced as early as Jan 24, 2019 and was only approved and
signed by Trump on March 27, 2020. This indicates that the bill,
aimed to address 'a pandemic' was initiated well before the
Coronavirus was declared to the world as a public health
emergency by the WHO on Jan 30, 2020. It all points to the
pandemic being a 'plan-demic', which implies that China was
intentionally being scapegoated.
The clip, well documenting the evidence with excerpts from the
Congress Bill processing page tracking the time line and
movements of the bill as it passed through legislation, has now
been taken down by Youtube, leaving a few shoddy clips that try
to explain it away. (one uses the word 'verify', another is in
Hindi, I suppose)

Democrats and Republicans over whether Russia or China is
America's greatest international adversary. Democrats, perhaps
still seething from Russia's clumsy efforts to sway the 2016
election to Donald Trump, see Vladimir Putin as a Bond movie
villain and master manipulator. Republicans focused on commerce,
cyber-security, and Asian ascension, look at emerging China as
their greatest threat.
>
> The party split for choosing China as America's biggest enemy
was deep – 54% of Republicans chose China compared with just 14%
of Democrats surveyed. Those who instead chose Russia as
America's biggest worry split as well, with 40% of Democrats
pointing to Putin and the Kremlin while only 8% of Republicans
did so.

An award-winning documentary movie about the true story on how
the Abacus Bank (a small US bank founded by a Chinese immigrant
for the purpose of funding local Chinese small businesses that
could not get loans from large US banks) fought against the US
govt when it was accused violating rules hence contributing to
the financial tsunami of 2008. It's quite obvious that legal
action against Abacus was initiated to pacify local taxpayers
who were furious at the time that they had to foot the bill for
mistakes of financial magnates like the Lehman Bros. etc that
escaped persecution.
The Chinese people have always been targeted for convenient
scapegoating and false accusations by West governments whenever
it suits their interest......
