An ethical US government would make Yale the national property
of India. Then it could offer to buy it back from India. This
would in effect return the stolen money to India effectively
adjusted for inflation. Finally, it should rename the
university.

What you should be seeking the destruction of is not the
university (see above), but the bloodline:
