In February 2020, Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin
Netanyahu and the Chairman of the Sovereignty Council of Sudan,
Abdel Fattah al-Burhan, met in Uganda, where they agreed to
normalize the ties between the two countries.[11] Later that
month, Israeli planes were allowed to fly over Sudan.[12]
On 22 October 2020, an Israeli delegation visited Sudan, where
they met with Abdel Fattah al-Burhan for talks on the
normalization of ties between the two countries.[13] On 23
October 2020, Israel and Sudan agreed to a deal to normalize
ties.[14][15]
...
On 2 February 2023, Israeli Minister of Foreign Affairs Eli
Cohen visited Khartoum and agreed with Abdel Fattah al-Burhan to
sign the normalization of relations in Washington, D.C. in a few
months' time.[17]

As of 15 April 2023, both RSF leader Mohamed Hamdan
Dagalo and de facto leader Abdel Fattah al-Burhan claimed to
control key government sites, including the general military
headquarters, Sudan TV headquarters, the Presidential Palace,
Khartoum International Airport, and the Army chief's official
residence.[4][5][6][7]
Hopefully al-Burhan is defeated and the normalization is
prevented from going ahead!
In any case, now is a good time for as many Sudanese civilians
as possible to emigrate to the EU as refugees.

This also proves that "blacks" more bravely solve the
government's dispute effectively. And it refutes that ignoble
autocracies cannot be overthrown. "Whites" also use "referendum"
and emphasize common's safety to solve problems which wastes
time to solve the problems or called as "democratic method",
even not really solving the problems. The "rightist" still have
power in "whites" nations. Had the "whites" imitate "blacks" to
solve the problem, the rightist problem will wiped out.
Western Civilization is inferior and nightmare

Trust me: the best move for civilians is to emigrate to the EU
ASAP. The longer you leave it before making your decision to
leave, generally the worse condition both you yourself and the
regional infrastructure will be in, and thus the harder your
journey will be.

Relocating inside Sudan will not help. The point is not fleeing
gunfire/explosions but fleeing the impending resource shortage
which is a national issue. Moving to another region in Sudan
will only deplete resources there faster. The fundamental fact
is that war immediately reduces the carrying capacity of the
country as a whole. There will not be enough for everyone no
matter how they move around inside the country.

If conditions are bad enough for embassy staff etc. of a given
country to be evacuated, conditions are bad enough for Sudanese
civilians to be accepted into the same country as refugees. Why
is this not obvious?
