       Those who believe this is the case (I am not saying it
       necessarily is) have all the more reason to emigrate to the
       countries they think are causing this, since those countries
       will not do this on their own territory, which thus becomes the
       only territory safe from such earthquakes.
       By the way, the Tweeter is a Duginist.

       There will not be enough for everyone here regardless of
       distribution efforts. The regional population carrying capacity
