I remember I saw a paragraph from the main page:

As much as I am against the concept of gender based standards,
wouldn't you think 'sex reassignment' surgeries contradicts a
little with a movement that encourages people to be honest about
physical appearance?

This refers to facial surgery. "Cosmetic" implies that its
effects can be seen in public.

Yes, I wrote that and stand by it.

No, because genitals are typically not visible in public. Also
from the main site:

This suffices to imply that it was never our intention to outlaw
genital surgery.
