In many situations you are actually better off running toward
the shooter than away from the shooter. This is infantry basics
101. Running toward the shooter can make the shooter panic at
the least. Running away from the gunfire puts a huge target on

Regardless of whether or not this was a "white" or non-"white"
shooter, this shooting is certainly anti-American and
pro-Western, even if this was not the shooters intent. The
American war of Independence is when Americans fought together
to kick colonial Britain out of America.
