Note how this type of rhetoric emphasizing male
overrepresentation in machinism is almost identical to rhetoric
emphasizing "white" overrepresentation in machinism as we have

Is this then not more reason to expect Western civilization to
be more sexist than non-Western civilizations? If men inventing
more machines than women is a reason for looking down on women,
it trivially follows that the civilization whose men invented
more machines than women by the largest margin (and ultimately
the gene pool that produces the largest heritable male-female
machinism disparity) would obviously look down on women more
than civilizations whose men invented more machines than women
by smaller margins (and ultimately gene pools that produce
smaller heritable male-female machinism disparity).
If we understand machinism as a form of masculinity (and hence
the male-female machinism disparity itself as a form of sexual
dimorphism) then it all fits into the general model that more
masculine men are both more racist and more sexist than less
masculine men (and that high-sexual-dimorphism societies are
both more racist and more sexist than low-sexual-dimorphism
societies).

Meat and dairy certainly seem to play a role in increasing
robustness, aside from genetics. For example, I have noticed
that the average "non-White" who grows up in a Western country,
eating a Western diet, is much more robust than their
counterpart who grows up in a non-Western country eating a
non-Western diet.
