More mic cutters:
A Pennsylvania Democrat had his speech cut short on
Wednesday after he noted the state's Republican lawmakers are
"100% white."
...
Sims punctuated his remarks with an attack on his Republican
colleagues and the demographic makeup of their caucus. The bill,
he argued, was just another line item in "a grossly, predictably
misogynistic agenda - an agenda pursued by a party that is 100%
white, in a chamber that is 70% male."
House Majority Leader Bryan Cutler, a Republican, then cut Sims'
microphone. "That's enough," he said amid booing from other GOP
lawmakers.
Sims was unrepentant.
"Your boos mean nothing to me," he said. "I've seen what you
cheer for."

Dr. Christine Longo (her status as a physician was
revealed by her attorney after her bench trial), a 34-year-old
woman from South Kingstown, ran afoul of the law for berating
Adote Akpabie, his wife and two daughters, as the family
vacationed in Narragansett in June 2020.
Although Associate Judge James Caruolo found Longo guilty of
disorderly conduct, he ruled that she had not committed a hate
crime. If Longo had been found guilty of violating the state’s
rarely used hate crimes law, she would have faced an enhanced
sentence.
Under the law, prosecutors must prove that the defendant
“intentionally selected the person against whom the offense is
committed” because of their “hatred or animus toward the actual
or perceived disability, religion, color, race, national origin
or ancestry, sexual orientation, or gender of that
person.”
So, do Longo's own words sufficiently incriminate her? You
judge:
“Look at this [expletive] Black guy,” Longo said when she
saw Akpabie walking in the restaurant to reserve a table,
according to a witness. “Go back where you came from.” The
woman then began to shout at Akpabie’s wife and two teenage
daughters, who were waiting outside of the restaurant.
“Blacks don’t belong here,” Logo told Akpabie’s wife and
daughters, according to police
So Caruolo is the problem.

It's OK to be a "white" terrorist:
HTML https://www.yahoo.com/news/us-capitol-attack-first-defendant-100025672.html
Anna Morgan-Lloyd, a 49 year-old Donald Trump supporter
from Indiana, was the first person to be sentenced for
participating in the 6 January attack. She will spend no time in
prison after pleading guilty to a single misdemeanor charge of
“parading, demonstrating, or picketing in a Capitol building”.
Judge Royce C Lamberth gave Morgan-Lloyd three years of
probation
...
Morgan-Lloyd had initially boasted on Facebook about how she had
“stormed the Capitol”, calling the event “the most exciting day
of my life”.
...
“I think she’s learned a lot,” Morgan-Lloyd’s attorney, Heather
Shaner, told the Guardian.
...
“She’s a very fine woman, and I hope she gets probation,” Shaner
said.
Lamberth and Shaner are what the Second Amendment was designed
for.
Unlike most federal defendants, who typically remain in
detention before trial, the vast majority of people charged in
the Capitol riots have already been released, a Guardian
analysis found. The stark contrast in pretrial detention rates
has prompted questions about whether the predominantly white
Capitol defendants were getting different treatment from
prosecutors and judges than most federal defendants, who are
Black and Latino.
Duh!
By the way, note Morgan-Lloyd's face shape:

HTML https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/us/black-us-farmers-dismayed-as-white-farmers-lawsuit-halts-relief-payments/ar-AALiJRN
Black US farmers dismayed as white farmers’ lawsuit halts
relief payments
...
The money, intended as a way to address more than 100 years of
discriminatory practices and policies that have historically and
disproportionately disadvantaged Black owners of farmland, is
now being held up due to an injunction granted this month by a
federal judge in Milwaukee, Wisconsin.
The USDA says it will “forcefully defend” the payments and is
fighting lawsuits against them with the Department of Justice.
Around the country there are other lawsuits against debt relief
to Black and minority farmers with claims of discrimination
against white farmers, including one in Texas backed by the
ex-Trump adviser Stephen Miller.
Farming while Black, according to Rodney Bradshaw, never gets
any easier. “My feeling before [the injunction] was that we’re
finally getting some justice that was due to us after the
Pigford agreement [a discrimination settlement in the late
1990s]. Now, it’s that promises to Black farmers are always put
on hold,” says Bradshaw, of Jetmore, Kansas.
He is a descendant of Black settlers with a more than 100-year
legacy of farming in Kansas, but that legacy is as threatened as
ever today, he says, because of racism that has been allowed to
run rampant, and in some cases been historically supported, by
the USDA.
...
Black farmers peaked in number in 1920 when there were 949,889;
today there are only 48,697; they account for only 1.4% of the
country’s 3.4 million farmers (95% of US farmers are white) and
own 0.52% of America’s farmland.
Part of the reason was displacement of Black farmers due to New
Deal legislation, whose purpose was to help farmers by paying
them to reduce crop production, thereby forcing food prices to
rise. But white farmers used the money to purchase mechanical
farming equipment and pushed out Black sharecroppers whose work
was no longer needed due to the decreased production.
Disenfranchisement didn’t stop there. In 1965, the US Commission
on Civil Rights found that the USDA discriminated against Black
farmers when providing financial assistance payments and loans.
In 1999, the Clinton administration admitted that the USDA’s
loan practices were discriminatory, in what is now known as the
Pigford Settlement.
The Pigford Settlement was named for the Black farmer Timothy
Pigford of North Carolina, who was the lead plaintiff in a
victorious 1997 class action lawsuit – still the largest civil
rights settlement ever won against the federal government. It
was supposed to pay just over $1bn to Black farmers, but less
than 16,000 payments were received, even though more than 22,000
claims were filed.
...
On the recent injunction, she says: “A colleague reminded us,
‘It is always going to be all deliberate speed if it’s on white
supremacy’s time.’”
It's OK for "whites" to feel threatened by a broken car:
HTML https://www.yahoo.com/news/no-indictment-georgia-officer-killed-175112206.html
ATLANTA (AP) — A grand jury has declined to indict a
former Georgia state trooper who shot and killed a Black man
last year after trying to pull him over for a broken tail light.
Jacob Thompson, who worked for the Georgia State Patrol, had
been arrested on charges of felony murder and aggravated assault
in the Aug. 7 death of 60-year-old Julian Lewis. After the case
was presented to a Screven County grand jury Monday, the grand
jurors did not indict Thompson on any of the charges.
...
Thompson, who is white, tried to pull Lewis over for a broken
tail light in rural Screven County, near Georgia's border with
South Carolina. When Lewis didn't immediately stop, the trooper
pursued him and forced his car into a ditch, then shot Lewis in
the head.
Thompson wrote in his incident report that he shot Lewis as
Lewis was revving his engine and turning his steering wheel, as
if he was trying to ram the trooper. But Georgia Bureau of
Investigation Agent Dustin Peak testified in September that was
impossible, because Lewis’ car battery disconnected when it hit
the ditch, leaving the vehicle inoperable.
Peak testified that dash camera video shows one second elapsed
between the time the trooper got out of his patrol vehicle and
when he fired the shot that killed Lewis.
Thompson's face:

But who were the jurors? They are now complicit in the crime.
