It's OK to be a "white" rapist:

> Judge Robert Adrian Says Man's 148 Days In Jail For Rape Of
Teen Is Enough, Tosses Conviction
> ...
> In October, Adrian found Clinton guilty of felony sexual
assault, but during a Jan. 3 sentencing hearing he said he would
not impose the mandatory minimum sentence of four years in
prison.
>
> “Mr. Clinton has served almost five months in the county jail,
148 days,” Adrian said, according to the court transcript of the
hearing posted online by local media. “For what happened in this
case, that is plenty of punishment. That would be a just
sentence.”
>
> “There is no way,” the judge explained, “for what happened in
this case that this teenager should go to the Department of
Corrections. I will not do that.”

The rapist and the judge both also look like what we would
expect:

VA Gov Youngkin, a mini-Trump, Issues Legally Dubious &
Dangerous Executive Orders on Day 1in Office
--- Quote ---
> After spending his entire adult life as a "private equity firm
executive", multi-millionaire Glenn Youngkin spent millions
funding his own political campaign, was elected and was just
sworn in as governor of Virginia.
>
> On his first day as Governor, Youngkin signed a number of
executive orders, including one banning teaching students
"inherently divisive concepts", and another prohibiting school
districts from continuing their mask mandates for students and
staff.
>
> Problem is, Virginia schools do not teach "critical race
theory" - which is what Youngkin's euphemism was designed to
prohibit. Moreover, some of Virginia's largest school districts
have announced they will not obey Youngkin's executor order
prohibiting mask mandates because it appears to violate Virginia
law. Plus, school districts are determined to protect the health
of students and staff rather than act based on political
demagoguery.

Let's talk about my last day teaching in Virginia....

This seems to be the main rightist political position at this
point: Only rightists should vote, no living wage for anyone,
and schools must teach children false history....

Republican under fire for using ‘Voltaire’ quote actually coined
by neo-Nazi
--- Quote ---
> Congressman Thomas Massie quoted phrase coined by white
supremacist convicted of possessing child abuse images
--- End Quote ---

--- Quote ---
> The Kentucky Republican congressman Thomas Massie was under
familiar fire on Monday, after criticising Anthony Fauci with a
quote attributed to Voltaire but actually coined by a white
supremacist convicted on charges related to child abuse images.
>
> “To learn who rules over you,” the quote says, “simply find
out who you are not allowed to criticise.”
>
> Massie posted it to Twitter on Sunday, saying: “You mustn’t
question Fauci, for he is science.”
>
> Joe Biden’s chief medical adviser is the target of rightwing
criticism and death threats for his role in the US government
response to Covid-19.
>
> Massie is an energetic rightwing gadfly who last month issued
a Christmas card image in which he and his family toted assault
rifles.
--- End Quote ---
--- Quote ---
> Speaking to the Guardian then, Elaine Kamarck, a former
official in the Clinton administration, said: “The guy’s
abominable but that’s what’s happening to the Republican party.
They’re flat-out nuts. There’s a piece of the Republican party
that now supports violence.”
>
> Larry Jacobs, director of the Center for the Study of Politics
and Governance at the University of Minnesota, said: “We’re into
the kind of outrage culture in the Republican party. There’s
almost a competition as to who can be more outrageous, more
vicious and threatening. It’s a race to the bottom.”
>
> Massie is not the first person to apparently be fooled by the
supposed quote from the French philosopher Voltaire. In 2019,
the actor John Cusack used it in a tweet for which he apologised
after being accused of antisemitism.
>
> The neo-Nazi who coined the quote, Kevin Strom, is described
by the Southern Poverty Law Center as “arguably the only true
intellectual remaining in the American neo-Nazi movement … a
bookish yet dogmatic neo-Nazi”.
>
> He has said attributions of his quote to Voltaire are “kind of
flattering”.
>
> His conviction for possessing child abuse images came in 2008
and resulted in a sentence to 23 months in prison.
>
> Massie’s use of Strom’s quote to attack Fauci attracted
widespread criticism. The writer Thomas Ricks, for example,
wrote: “Nah. The essence of science is asking questions. But you
also must listen to the answers.”
>
> By Monday afternoon, Massie had not commented on Twitter or
taken his post down.
>
> He had tweeted in praise of the “intellectual honesty” of Joe
Rogan, a podcast host under fire over Covid misinformation.

‘Free to do as you are told’: Florida Republicans advance wave
of draconian bills
--- Quote ---
> Proposals banning abortion, discussions of sexuality, and
white racial ‘discomfort’ aim to establish Florida as capital of
Trumpistan
--- End Quote ---
--- Quote ---
> It has been a long and painful month in the Florida
legislature for opponents of the state’s Trumpist governor Ron
DeSantis and his loyal band of rightwing Republicans. A slew of
bills has advanced attacking everything from diversity rights,
abortion protections and free speech in schools, in addition to
a proposal that would legally shield white people from feeling
“discomfort” over the state’s racist past.
>
> And last Wednesday, an anti-masker physician, hand picked by
the governor and apathetic about the value of Covid-19 vaccines,
was backed unanimously by a Republican senate panel as the next
surgeon-general following a walk-out by Democratic politicians
frustrated by Joseph Ladapo’s evasiveness.
>
> To hear DeSantis tell it, the “freedom state” of Florida is
merely following the will of a populist citizenry in defying the
perceived tyranny of the federal government, determined to
protect liberty in the face of a deadly pandemic that has
claimed more than 64,000 of their fellow residents, and standing
up against the “indoctrination” of children.
>
> Yet as the possible 2024 presidential candidate presses ahead
with turning Florida into what critics see as his own
conservative fiefdom – a de facto Trumpistan of the south with
an “Orwellian-sounding” election police force – DeSantis is
finding opposition beginning to harden.
--- End Quote ---

to this post is actually white. Is DeSantis even "white"?

"Whiteness" is an identity, not a race! Westerners for the most
part have no true concept of race.
