But it is ectomorphs who should most avoid gluttony, precisely
because its consequences affect us least. Gluttony by ectomorphs
would be a sustainable evil. It is sustainable evils which most
need to be avoided.
(Eating more than usual occasionally is fine, but I compensate
for it by eating less the following meal. I recommend setting a
fixed amount of money for food per week/month which provides a
frugal average but which can be distributed any way you want,
thus allowing flexibility.
I personally eat by far my biggest meals when non-vegans are
paying for my vegan food ;D )

OK. Figured as much. I am also happy to announce that I have
successfully kicked my meat-eating habit and become vegetarian.
I'm trying to plan out my transition into veganism, but I've
encountered several setbacks. Do you have a recommendation for
any vegan substitutes for dairy products? I already have
discovered the plant-based 'meat' from Beyond Meat, but I just
need proper vegan substitutes for the bevy of dairy products.

What's worst about these kinds of white nationalists is their
often portrayal of "whites" as innocent non-violent or childish
people who "just want to be left alone". Its all feigning
aryanism, it doesn't take long to find out 99% these "beautiful"
"whites" in the wheat field are actually racist propagandists.

We would never do that even with "non-white" families! We may
prefer "non-white" births to "white" births because they are
likely to be less dangerous, but we would also minimize
"non-white" births if we could, whereas they want to minimize

as decent people, so they use mental gymnastics to try and
justify their racism claiming to be the most peaceful and
"loving" people in the world. Westerners "love" is a fake ugly
mask they put on. They're always aggressive and hostile

I don't understand how lifting weights until you start bleeding
out your nose is going to "save the white race". Mani did say
what would happen to the enemy at the end (and to make myself
clear, the enemy can be found in all races), the male would be
separated from the female, the male bound to the heap and the
female send to the grave. The bodybuilder physique is what being
bound to the heap looks like.
