Making Friends [open, afternoon, 10/23]

Akira hovered slightly above the ground as she skipped through
the forest. She has snuck off without telling her brother, but
she wanted to make friends with the forest creatures. She found
a sunny clearing and sat down in the middle of it. She sang a
light song, and soon some of the forest creatures were coming to
inspect the girl. A bunny hopped up and sniffed her hand from
the left while a little fox approached from the right.

Akira looked up at the sound of a voice, starled at first. She
smiled softly and nodded. "Yes I did meet you yesterday. Buddy
right?"

She smiled warmly. "I'm Akira, but no need to apologize. Most
people don't end up knowing my name." She petted the bunny's
head softly as it hopped in her lap.

didn't mind me spending time with animals. People on the other
hand..."

constant supervision. My mom and big brother are super over
protective."
