She kicked him again "What the hell did I just say about the
name calling?" rolling her eyes she took a sip of her water. "I
probably still shouldn't have gotten so mad, it's not his fault
he thinks it's okay to run into danger and nearly die as long as
someone's there to step in, in time. I on the other hand didn't
have that luxury so of course I'd see his way as a problem."

Sakurai rolled onto the floor in pain. "That's the problem. If
he thinks he's never at risk, then he'll keep doing it." Then in
the next moment Sakurai was on top of Ascher, pinning him down
so he couldn't hit him again. "And next time you won't end up
injured....you'll end up dead." Their faces were a breath away
from each other. His eyes glued to Ascher's, searching them.

She glared up at him, a blush rapidly forming across her cheeks
at his closeness "I'm an exorcist, I'm prepared to die at any
moment, just as long as I die with a long list of demons
killed." she said, knowing that struggling beneath him would
aggravate her wounds.

"My only purpose is to kill as many demons as I can before I
die. Death is inevitable so when it comes it will come." she had
a slight frown on her face as she matched his look.

His eyes fell from her down to her lips then farther. "You're
starting to not sound very smart." His right hand relinquished
her wrist moving in synchronization with his eyes, their journey
ending at her wound which he caressed then pressed against. To
her his hand would feel as if it were on fire.

"Well sorry, we all have our goals and mines just happens to
involve killing til I die." her cheeks flushed a darker shade as
she tried to shift away from his touch. She used her free hand
to push at his shoulders "Get the hell off and stop touching my
wound idiot, that hurts." she said wincing.

Sakurai's eyes lingered on Ascher's lips for a second longer
before he sighed and removed himself. "Killing till you die,
huh? That's stupid." he looked away. Standing he went to pick up
his water bottle. She should notice the pain of her wound begin
to fade as Sakurai collapsed on the floor.

She stood up, hand on her wound as she frowned at him "Whatever,
what did you do? Did you heal my wound?" she asked examining the
area. "For someone who thinks I'm obsessed you sure seem to
always end up assaulting my person." she muttered.

secret alright. Don't want anyone thinking I go that way. And
I'm not assaulting you. I'm saving you."
