Evan quickly left a check to cover the food and damages and
hurried after Ryou. "Wait where are you going. You're one of
Zura's friends surely you know a way I can fix this
misunderstanding."

He turned around.
"Not A friend. More of a boyfriend than anything, but that
hasn't been established. You need to talk to her."

He stopped "What...boyfriend?! She's too young for that, and
you're a....a demon. Isn't she supposedly trying to kill demons
so why would she be dating one?" he questioned a bit of hope in
his eyes. "Perhaps she hasn't changed all that much after
all...but I don't think talking to her will work, I mean she did
try to shoot me just now."

He sighed.
"She's pushed me off of a building. Trust me. It's not that

"How could she have grown up to be so violent, she's normally
such a sweet girl...that also doesn't explain why she's posing
as a boy at the school."

"It's your fault. You left your daughter to grow up without a
father figure, because her mother was killed by demons!! Like
me. "

He ran a hand through his hair "I left to conduct research, I
wanted her to grow up without the fear of impending demon
attacks...and I didn't leave her completely alone. I swear I
hired a live in nanny!"

You need to talk to her."

"She probably won't listen." he said with a sigh. "She wants
nothing to do with me."

He sighed and walked away, motioning him to follow.
