Sera smiled lightly as she saw Flocon relax into Lorelei's
attention. The woman's smile and beautiful caught her
attention. She let a soft smile play across her own lips.
"What drew me to those three?" Her eyes remained on Lorelei,
but turned her thoughts turned in ward momentarily as she
searched for her answer.
"The Tamer meister was the first I was drawn too." She looked
at Flocon with a quiet glance. "To form a bond with a demon,
nurture the relationship, that's what drew me in. Rather than
just fighting them. I followed the line of Doctor, because I
dislike seeing others injured. It seemed a fitting path for one
who wasn't particularly fond of physical combat. Aria for much
the same reason. Reading scriptures is something I've done as
long as I can remember. Quiet studying, allowing me to be
remain fairly reserved, both Doctor and Aria fit for me."

Lorelei nodded her head, understanding the logic. "Scripture is
peaceful to me. Any of the scriptures, really. And it is some of
the most peaceful writings that seem to be the trick. It makes
me wonder what part of the writings inflict such damage. The
reason they do so." Akin to asking why the sun the burns, or the
snow freezes.
"My fans were the main reason I pursued the Knight ways. Those
fans have been used by the women before me for a long time. My
aunt said that she would teach me to use them to their full
ability when I was ready." There were no visible weapons on her,
and nor did she pull the things out to demonstrate. It's
possible there's a lot about herself she doesn't share.
"When you aren't studying and working, what do you like to do,
Sera? If you'd like, you can take a seat closer. I promise I
don't bite." A smile of mischief might have belied those words
slightly. Almost as if they said, 'Unless you want me to.' Moose
nudged her slightly, almost in echo to his person's statement.

Sera listened carefully as Lorelei explained her logic. She
felt she could understand her choices. She nodded along taking
in her explanation. At Moose's nudging and Lorelei's words, she
moved closer to the other woman. She felt fairly comfortable
around her, at least more comfortable than she felt around most
people. With a soft tilt of her head, her hair fell over her
shoulder, "What do I like to do? I like to cook and play music.
I spend a lot of time with Flocon there, walking the beach or
other quiet places. We also enjoy curling up with a good book
or scriptures on our porch. Well as long as its after noon."
She laughed lightly at herself. "What about you?" Her eyes
fell on the other woman's again for a moment.

Lorelei laughed lightly at the after noon comment. "I prefer
dusk, myself. So, I can't blame you wanting to avoid the evil
daystar. I'm fond of exploring all the places I shouldn't, or
so my mother used to tell me. Moose and I wander a lot. Forests
are just far more comfortable, I think." She said, ruffling the
big dog's ears as he sat himself between both women.
"I'm rather fond of finding ancient texts. The sort that new
scriptures can be found in. I love food, but never managed to
have the patience to learn how to cook. I ride horses and play
the piano and the guitar. Other than that, I'm studying dance. I
like flamenco and salsa, but that's no surprise." It was her
turn to laugh at herself. She met Sera's eyes again asking,
"What is your favorite thing to cook?"

Sera leaned back lightly a smile creeping into her eyes as
Lorelei's met hers. "Dusk and night, my favorite times of day.
There is nothing quite like a walk along the beach or through
the woods under the stars." She grinned at her talk of
wandering and exploring, she could relate.
She nodded as Lorelei continued. "You play the guitar? That's
something I always wanted to learn, but its a string that has
alluded me. I grew up studying the violin and voice
classically. Not that I don't love it, but I've always wanted
to branch out. Studying dance sound fascinating, although I'm
sure I would have two left feet." she laughed lightly.
As she thought about what she liked to cook her face lit up, a
hint of the Italian accent crept into her voice. "I love to
cook. Granted most of what I make is fairly traditional Italian
style meals. Several family recipes, were passed to me. I'm
particularly fond of making my own pasta. I love using fresh
ingredients, I have a small garden in my yard so I can use the
freshest ingredients."

Lorelei nodded, smiling. "I never got to train my voice, but it
isn't bad. I could likely teach you some of the basics of the
guitar. I'd only ask for a meal in return." The woman grinned
lightly, full of mischief. Almost flirtatiously. "I adore most
any of the Mediterranean countries' food. All of it is
tastefully spiced, and never boring. Your favorite Italian
dish?" She asked curiously.

Sera's smile grew wider at the thought of learning the guitar.
Asking for a meal in return, that was even better. She loved to
cook, and didn't often end up sharing that with other people.
"That sounds wonderful to me, I certainly wouldn't be opposed to
such a trade." She caught her bottom lip lightly in a look of
thought as she tried to pick a favorite of her Italian dishes.
"I am a particular fan of Risottos. The simplicity, but finesse
required to craft it perfectly. Its almost mystifying."
