Ryou stood at the beach shore, walking silently towards the
ocean. When he reached the shore, he sat down, letting the waves
hit his feet. His eyes drifted out into the ocean, and tears
silently fell.

A pair of black ballet slippers landed on the sand beside him,
following it was Ascher wearing a black skirt, white cami and
worn leather jacket her hair fluttered behind her as she sat.

Ryou quickly wiped his tears and looked at her, then quickly
looked away from her.

She didn't look at him, instead she stared up at the moon. "No
point wiping them away idiot, may as well let them fall." she
said softly and burrowed her toes in the sand. She wouldn't ask
what was wrong, if he wanted to tell her he would in his own
time.

He sighed and hugged his knees. His throat was burning, and he
really didn't know what to say.

"I like the night time, everything becomes darker and lonelier.
Within the shadows anything can be hidden, dangers, pain,
happiness, sorrow...the only way it's better is sitting in a
very high place during the rain." she said, cupping the sand and
letting it fall between her fingers.

"I don't like being lonely.. I've already lost almost everyone..
It's why I don't really have a lot of friends.. And why If I
make one, I don't want to leave them." He said, with a sigh.

she leaned against him. "But I suppose it doesn't matter for
either of us, you swore to never leave me so you're stuck with
me til you break your promise. You also have that weirdo kid."
