Testing the Limits (night, open)

Azura floated in the sky, a frown marred her face as she looked
down at the incinerated land below her where the church had once
stood. Beside her stood Damion, note book out as he took notes
"That was quite the show, your power levels have indeed
increased from before you were alive and your resurrection. Your
fire powers have become quite deadly." he said.
Her frown deepened, she looked at her hand and watched the black
flames form and swirl. "No that was weak, my powers have barely
reached the amount I desire. The entire area should be a crater,
a wasteland and instead only the building is gone. No I want to
destroy it all and this level of power will not work for that."
she said and clenched her fist. She shook her head "I need to
increase my power...you still have the ability to create those
crystals, right?" she asked. Damion looked up from his blank
notebook and nodded "Yeah it'd take some time but sure." he
answered, wondering why she was asking. "Good, have it done
quickly, kill off as many as you need to. I want it filled with
souls, along with that use your powers to entrap others, I can
find uses for them for whatever battle will come our way." she
said.

Ascher placed a hand on her sword and glared at him "Is there
something you need Ryou?" she asked before looking to Damion.
"You can leave, you know my orders." she said and looked back to
Ryou. He nodded, waving over at Ryou he opened a door and
departed.

She took her hand away from her sword and nodded, "As you can
see I am still on the weak side. There should be nothing left
standing but I only managed to destroy the building." she said
and ran a tired hand through her hair. "Quite irritating." she
mumbled.

She raised an eyebrow "And why would you want to help?" she
asked, resting her hand on her sword hilt.

"Got some new moves, want to test them out." He said, as he
began to glow.

"Honestly." she mumbled and shook her head, but stepped off to
the side. "Go ahead, not like there's anything here that will
die." she said and crossed her arms behind her head.

He nodded and began to glow a bright blue. A bright light
flashed, and a small Phoenix landed on his shoulder. A scream,
and a sword emerged from his stomach, covered in blood.
