Ascher leaned back against the metal wall as the elevator went
down. "Not the most cliche base ever, but it will suit our
needs." Damion said from beside her, black lab coat on as he
fixed his glasses. She shut her eyes "It won't be permanent,
were it not for your usefulness you would be dead for all the
trouble you've caused." she said, opening her eyes she looked
down at her hands. "I'll need for you to create doors to all key
points of the world, I want to be able to travel easily between
here and places I wish to decimate first." she instructed and
stepped out of the elevator.
Damion nodded "Of course, that should be simple enough." he
said, following her out into the large open area. She looked
around, creating a few fire orbs to float above the room and
illuminate it, she headed to the black door in the back "I have
things to do, you may do as you wish Damion, but know if
anything is done that goes against my plans I will not hesitate
to end your life." she said and vanished.

Maria leaned against him "Such a pushy boss, we could've avoided
all of this if you hadn't been so greedy with your hunger for
drama." she said, a small smirk on her face. "You've brought
this on yourself Damion and dragged me and Elena down with you."
she added and stepped away. "We'd better get started with these
doors."

She shut the door softly, teeth grinding as she threw her sword
to the ground and pressed her hands against her eyes in
frustration. "Damn it must he always get under my skin." she
mumbled, letting her hands drop from her eyes she rested against
the door and let herself slip into a meditative trance. Her eyes
blinked and she felt the numbness settle in. "Fine, quite fine.
Plenty of preparations to do." she muttered to herself and went
further into the darkened room.

Ascher dropped the bags on the floor and began pacing the large
open area within the base. She let her aura form and fill out
around the room, frowning as it felt weaker to her "It's still
not strong enough.." she said, digging her fingers into her
palm. "I need to gather more...I need an infinite source." she
mumbled. Black flames began to dance around her arm leaving
small black symbols in there wake.
Damion came walked out of his room, freezing when he felt the
darkness filling the room choke him a little. He saw her pacing
and muttering to herself, catching a few of her mumbled words.
He cautiously made his towards her, taking note of the marks and
filing them away for later research. "Ascher perhaps you should
rest, you look a bit peaky." he suggested. She faced him,
glaring darkly "I am perfectly fine. Did you finish up the
gathering for today?" she asked, hand held out he placed a black
crystal on her palm and watched as she vanished off to her room,
with a small grin on his face. "And the clues keep falling in."
he mumbled.
