Ryou stood at the end of the beach. He threw rocks into the
water, looking at the sky.

A black gym bag landed on the sand a few feet away from him,
following it were a pair of white shoes. Ascher brushed her hair
out her face as she dug through her gym bag and pulled on a pair
of black fingerless gloves, strapped to her back was a sheath
carrying a black Katana. She didn't notice the other boy and
shrugged off her coat and scarf. She began humming softly as she
undid the straps on her sword and pulled off her shirt, leaving
her in a black sports bra, ignoring the cold since she'd soon
warm up from her training routine.

Ryou growled at the noise and suddenly hid sword was in front of
him, in a defensive stance. He lowered his sword when he saw who
it was, and turned away, knowing that he couldn't say anything.

Her humming stopped when she heard the growling, not bothered by
it she looked over at the person. A frown briefly crossed her
face before she shrugged and went back to unsheathing her sword
since he'd already turned away.

Ascher sighed, concentration broken she sheathed her sword and
turned around to face him "Is laughing like a loon necessary?"
she questioned, wishing she'd brought her headphones.

She raised an eyebrow "Of course, doesn't make you look less
like a loon. So what exactly was so funny?" she asked.

She nodded "Right, well you have fun with that." she said and
turned away and unsheathed her sword.
