This Unknown Loss and Control (night, heavy snow, open)

Damion stood out on the beach, his black gaze stared out at the
waves. Something felt amiss, he couldn't quite place it but it
seemed as though he lost something of general importance. It
disturbed him, and he didn't like the feeling. A white scarf was
wrapped around his neck, the only thing protecting him from the
cold as he tried to puzzle out the feeling. What is it that I'm
missing, how odd I shouldn't be unable to figure it out and yet
here we are with the elusive feeling of misplacement he thought
and began looking down at his black painted nails.

Buddy walked from the broadwalk to the beach. She saw a
unfamiliar figure. She stopped and looked trying to see if she
knew him.

of thought he turned his head and looked at the girl, a slight
frown on his face.

He raised an eyebrow, also trying to place the girl. "I see, you
attend the exorcist school. One of Ryou's little friends I
assume?" he asked.
