crystal?" he asked, opening his book he took out a pen and
tucked it behind his ear.

Her eyes bounced up from the page she was reading. "Anything I
can. How it works, how it's made, what its capable of, ect."
She said adding, "how to saftely remove it" in her head.

He grinned "Well lucky you I'm here to answer said questions,
but be honest you just want to know how to get rid of it." he
shrugged. "Sadly my dear I have not taken my research that far,
wouldn't want to test taking it out and have my dear Princess
flee, no that wouldn't do at all." he said.

Akira sighed and ran her hands through her hair. "Yes I want to
know how to remove it." She groaned at his comment. "Of course
you haven't tried to remove it. To do that you would need
someone willing to act as the guinea pig who would choose not to
flee if it was sucessfully removed." she rubbed her temples
lightly.

He nodded, "Well to answer your other questions the way it works
that by using my mind control bugs I am able to take control of
a person, I can also retain some of the memories of my victim if
I so choose. So I began to test a theory, by using a persons
negative emotions against them and then retaining them with my
bugs. It then became a long process of trying to figure out how
exactly I can use these emotions." he leaned forward and took
the pen out his ear.
"So I found a way to transfer all of my wonderful collections in
the crystal and so that's what I've done, using victims and then
taking there darker emotions for a later use. I never intended
to have a use for the crystal until this entire fun began and
what's a more perfect way to test out the effects. Of course I
needed a someone compatible, with there own darkness just
bubbling under the surface and that is where Princess comes in,
mother killed by demons, her father abandoning her at a young
age leaving her alone in a cold world, turned the poor dear hard
and resentful...she just needed a bit of a push over the edge.
You and dear Ryou were the push I needed to easily take her." he
tilted back in his chair. "The crystal contains so much negative
emotion that when infused with a person, drown them in, there
own conscious becomes lost within the consciousness of the many
voices in the crystal. The longer it's in her the more she
looses herself, the more she absorbs the emotions til she can't
even tell what's hers and what isn't, and when that happens
she'll be completely broken and I will have no use for her."

Akira listened to him as he spoke, her hand clenching into a
fist under the table as he explained. What he had done, what
the crystal was doing, she held back her fury from reading on
her face. Horrified that she had played some role in this,
regret for having come flashed through her mind again.
Attempting to collect herself she took a breath. "So she is
drowning in dark and negative emotions, and the longer its in
her the more she loses herself." She bit her lip thinking. "If
she fights it, will she hold out longer as herself?" She needed
to know how long they might have to save her.

He shrugged "She could try and hold out but that'll just make it
worse in the end. My control only goes as far as turning it on
and off but even off she can still feel the effects. Its all
quite interesting. " he said

Akira sighed deeply and flipped the pages of the book, her mind
spinning. "Interesting.....nice way to put manipulating and
hurting someone." She grumbled lightly.

She rolled her eyes as she focused back on the book. "Well I am
so sorry for boring you. I'm so happy that you are enjoying
yourself."
