Forest Fires (open)

Several explosions went off throughout the forest. A red headed
figure walked through the fires with no concern, a smirk
lighting up her face as she tossed an empty backpack on the
ground along with a black bracelet.
"And boom goes the forest." Elena said happily, blood red eyes
surveyed the area in delight. With the forest fires rampaging it
would force any demons to flee the area hopefully towards the
school. She cut a hand across the air and stepped into the door
that opened "Well Damion the next act has begun." the door
sealed shut behind her.

Akira walked through the forest seeking the comfort of talking
with some of her woodland friends, that is until she saw the
smoke. Looking around quickly she panicked heading towards the
flames to make sure the animals were fleeing.

Several forest animals ran past her, trying to escape both the
forest fire and the stampede of various demons that resided in
the forest.

Akira saw the animals run past her and the stampede of demons.
"Well this is going to be bad." she said quickly to herself,
running after the animals. Hoping to stay ahead of the demons.
She was hoping to warn someone, but she wasn't sure she could
outrun them, and if she had to fight. She knew this wasn't the
best situation for her to be in.

Several demons noticed Akira and began to run faster in there
attempt to catch her.

Akira noticed the few heading after her and cursed under her
breath. She had her tome, but was that likely to be enough?
She wasn't exactly the battle ready type. Trying to run as fast
as she could and thinking if she could summon something to help
her fight, she misjudged a step and caught her leg on a root
tumbling head first into the ground. Her tome skittered a bit
away from her, she frantically grabbed at it flipping to the
page with the magic circle on it.

A feral Ryou jumped to Akira, moving over her protectively.

The line of demons that broke away stopped, several growling at
Ryou while a few stumbled back cautious. The rest continued
onwards towards the school.

Akira looked up at Ryou. Grateful that he was there, but
worried about how he acted. She pulled herself up carefully,
keeping an eye on the demons. "Ryou." She saw the demons
headed for the school.

Ryou growled at the demons, telling them to stay away. If they
listened, he would finally settle down. If not, he was ready to
fight.
