Teleport for LSPD garage to inside police station

The teleport for the lspd garage to inside lspd is bugged. When
you try to go in it sends you right below the floor and you fall
to your death.

Yea that needs to be fixed unless he is switching the script, if
he is then it should be fixed when he starts the server up again
