       My son can't sleep and idk what to do

       So lately my son hasn't been able to sleep since a week ago
       I've tried everything from essential oils (like the ones from
       china) to letting him jump around until he has no energy left
       I really don't know what to do anymore :(

       I'm so sorry to hear that, have you tried using rose water?
       maybe that'll soothe the child.
