Losing track of time and hearing voices making me unable to
sleep!

Hey guys!
My friend recently told me about this website and told me I
should try to make a post on here so here I am!
So, recently I've been having trouble keeping track of time and
falling asleep in general. It seems to be connected to the
voices I have been hearing, so I'm here to ask you guys for
help. Any help would be appreciated!
