Impossible Mission

Ok so with the imminent Gamespy closure I've found myself with
quite a few games in my backlog that I now have only one month
left to complete the MP for. (This is why I hate MP trophies!!)
I've worked very hard at keeping my trophy list clean with no
unobtainable trophies but thanks to Gamespy that's probably
about to change. :'(
I've already warned my other half that he might want to take the
kids and stay at a friends house on the 1st of June as I might
not be in a good mood that day, ha ha :P
Anywho, I thought I'd list the games I need to work on here and
mark them off as I go to give myself a little more motivation as
I'm already feeling MP burnout.
So here goes....
[s]Borderlands[/s]
Bulletstorm
[s]Call Of Jaurez: Bound In Blood[/s]
Guardians Of Middle Earth
[s]Hunted: The Demon's Forge[/s]
[s]Joe Danger 2: The Movie[/s]
[s]MC vs. DC Universe[/s]
[s]Mortal Kombat[/s]
NFS: Hot Persuit
[s]Two Worlds II[/s]
Some of these games won't be closing but until I know for sure
they'll be on my list.

Two Worlds II will be the one I most likely end up stuck with as
I didn't realize my version was American and the DLC I have is
from the UK = not compatible. I live in New Zealand and the game
isn't on our PSN at all. It's actually cheaper buying the game
again than buying the US DLC but finding a UK version of the
game is proving difficult. I should be able to get the plat but
the DLC will probably end up uncomplete, I'll be stuck at 98%
:'(
I'm wondering why this game is so expensive $20NZ just for 4 new
maps and almost $40NZ for the expansion, when you can buy a copy
of the game for $10NZ off TradeMe. (NZ version of Ebay.)
Very frustrating. :-\

Woohooo!! Another game down!!
After 250 or so King Of The Hill matches in one day I've managed
to finish all the MP trophies for Mortal Kombat.
I'd like to thank my official punching bag Mr. Sub Zero for
standing still long enough for me to beat the stuffing out of
him. Give yourself a virtual cookie dude you deserve it.
Bring on the next game! ;D

Looks like I have Bulletstorm, MK Vita version, NFS Hot Pursuit
dlc to do and GTA IV. I hope these won't be affected but best to
do em now.

Or, at the very least, just knock out the mp trophies in any
GameSpy games. The sp campaign stuff can always be cleaned up
later, after all.
Also, I don't believe RE5 runs on GameSpy.

You're right RE5 is not Gamespy but on some forums people have
mentioned it might be closing as well but I haven't seen any
official word yet. I think it was just a rumour. The game is
getting quite old so this has just motivated me to finally get
the mp done before it really does shut down.
Have removed GTA IV from my list as it is confirmed to be safe.

RE5 is getting older, so you're right about getting it out of
the way being a good idea. Especially those Versus trophies that
require four players--what a pain. I did check, though, and
consensus says that it was just a rumor and there's no word
about closure for it.
I, myself, will be (attempting) to finish Bulletstorm and Hunted
before the GameSpy closures. Hopefully, we both reach our goals!
