       The rogue is adept at mobility and stealth.
       Inventory Slots: 6
       Base Damage: 11
       Attack Speed: 1.85
       Move Speed: 2.91
       Q Ability: Blink
       W Ability: Cloak
       E Ability: Evasion
       Subclass: Speedy Assassin
       Blink: Teleports the troll a short distance.  Must have vision
       of the target location.
       Level 1: 5 range, 16 second cool down.
       Level 2: 6 range, 14 second cool down.
       Level 3: 7 range, 12 second cool down.
       Level 4: 8 range, 10 second cool down.
       Level 5: 9 range, 8 second cool down.
       Cloak: Makes the rogue invisible for a short time, deals
       additional damage if breaking the cloak with an attack.
       Level 1: Lasts 4 seconds with a 40 second cool down, deals an
       additional 10 damage.
       Level 2: 5 seconds, 37 second cool down.
       Level 3: 6 seconds, 34 second cool down.
       Level 4: 7 seconds, 31 second cool down.
       Level 5: 8 seconds, 28 second cool down.
       Evasion: The Rogue uses its agility to dodge 15% of all incoming
       attacks permanently.
