Grenades & Landmines damage is fixed.

Hey guys, today I took a look into the server host files since
many of you guys complained about the less damage
of the grenades and landmines. I've just fixed these and also
made some changes to the download speed which was mid 1 mbs
before
and now 3 mbs. The grenade and landmines damage were 500, and
were set to 2500 and the radius was set from 500 to 600.
If there are any complaints about this change, just pm or
contact me in the server, I'm sure I can help you.
Edit: Turned out to fail, cfg sets itself back to default
settings, this will be fixed asap.

I will fix it asap. It has something to do with instagib
commands, somewhere in the jaymod cfg's. I will let you know
desje.
