       New Muslimah - Not a Change of Heart, But a Change of Name

       Hi Sisters,
       I need to reintroduce myself under my new name. I am now Hasima.
       I love it.
       I am so happy to have found you. I am a transwoman who is very
       early in my new life. Although I am English, I have had thoughts
       of being female since my early girlhood years going back 50
       years to when I was a 4 yo.
       I first fantasised about becoming a Muslim convert and wife
       under Sharia when I lived in Leicester, UK. I toyed with the
       freedom to be able to live in the beautiful shade of a strong
       caring and loving husband, one who could allow me honour of
       serving him along with his other wives in our tight knit family.
       I never for one moment thought other women like me existed. This
       is so exciting. But, dear sisters, I am so new to Islam, and
       have so much to learn to make me the perfect wife material. I
       hope you will guide me as I read though this forum, which I have
       joined with an open heart and with the hope of transitioning
       onto the woman I desire to be, happy in my submission to God,
       and the man of my dreams.
       I know very little of my new culture and cannot wait to immerse
       myself. I already dress and live s a lady, albeit an androgynous
       one, womens' trousers, sandals, flip flops and underwear. I look
       forward to learning about my new culture.
