       Training Responsible,
       Welcome to our private discussion board. This board deliberately
       set up to facilitate our communication and discussion flow with
       the expectations of all information related to training
       materials, program, agenda can be easily shared. Utilize this
       board as our media to share, discuss and proposing training
       initiatives between us.
       Training at H&M is always based on two-way communication. We
       want you to take an active part by asking questions and giving
       feedback on what you think is hard and easy, what you find good,
       and where you see areas for improvement.
       At H&M all employees are expected to participate and demonstrate
       their drive and initiative, therefore you will be expected to
       take responsibility for your own training.
       If you grow then we grow and that is how we constantly improve
       our business. Training is part of our development and you as the
       Training Responsible will lead the development in your store.
