       Hi everyone, just found this place, great forum,i like casting
       but maybe not as much as most of you guys, im more into fishing
       than anything,saying that though I would like to improve my
       technique a little :)
       Ive never been a monster caster and used to average between 190
       to 210 yards years ago but after my bike accident can no longer
       hit a cast with too much power :( now I average around 160 to
       170ish yards.
       i would love to be able to average around 190yards again though
       but may be a little hard as will have to mainly be achieved by
       technique as my shoulder will pop out if i hit too hard
       especially if i mistime a cast
       Will post a vid in the vid section to show you where im at and
       will soak up as much advice etc as i can here
