Please see this my latest video the rod butt shook left hand
violently although not really a powerful punch/pull but for a
skinny guy like me I'm very happy with results as I'm really
trying harder ! Still I've got lots to improve on but would
appreciate all advice I can get on here.

Steve ,
That should be done with the left pulling from higher up so that
you have near full extension of the right at the same time to
give maximum pivot opf the rod through a fixed right extension.
