need help when n where exactly do i pull left hand into ?

Gents need urgent help please see my video i have tendency to
pull left hand DIRECTLY INTO CENTRE OF CHEST which kind of looks
wrong ! i kinda of see others pulling more towards their left
lower area ? ! Now this video abt 10months ago abt where i left
off(stopped casting temporarily) im making a big comeback into
fun casting by end of next month so wanna make lots of changes
and this is one crucial major area !Now my question is where
exactly do you pull your rod butt into ?is it to the left side
but is it to the lower tummy area ? or slighly lower to the hips
area ? Now second question when i turn into cast do i bring rod
kinda of in front of me first ? before kinda of parallel in
front of me before i start i pull punch ? I also have a tendency
to cut short the arc and cast too soon meaning i do not bring
rod in front of me before the start i pull punch ?(hope im
making sense LOL !)anyways please see video and correct me
particularly in the pull punch area and of course any other
constructive criticism i'd love to hear it ! im always looking
for ways love to improve myself and enjoy this wonderful sport !

I think ideally the rod should almost be infront before
'hitting'it but this is nearly always impossible. Try to wait
until the left hand is right infront of you in the direction you
are casting. I was always taught to pull im towards left armpit
area.

dipende dall'imbracciata,
lunga sotto l'ascella sx
corta al centro del petto. . . IMO

Im agree with Steve advice. But i like to add another question
to Bill post. There is any training tip to learn to really use
and pull harder with the left hand?

Here you go Bill
'it depends on the brim,
long under the left armpit
short in the center of the chest'
I guess it means if you have a wideish grio then left armpit. If
you have a narrower grip them centre of chest

Rowing may help possibly? Other than that maybe a resistance
elastic band to practice explosive pulls.
Tie to a wall etc with a bracket and just pull it as hard as you
can.

You could also get a 5kg sledgehammer and practice hammering it
against a target as you would when you cast.
