Take a look to this capts... A coach here in Argentina, the only
coach here Marcos Frade once told me, step on your rigth foot
only, now with your left foot on the air try to turn and
acelerate the rod... How many force you can put on the rod? Not
too many... Let the rod parallel to the start line, plant your
feet and then moves the rod. There you will get all the power
from the body rotation. Del Nero, copping, thain, Bonelli do
       that.

When Marcos told me that i gain some mts and the first práctices
i can do that, i think i have some problem with my back i can
turn the body that much. The answer was i was too stand up. I
bendt my knee and thats it. Now i can plant my left feet keeping
my body weigth on my rigth and rotate with more power

Check out the john holden article in the how to section.
Just imgaine you are hammering a big sledge hammer.
Thanks buddy. Unfortunately I do cut the arc a bit so thats why
my finish looks quite fast. Im not pulling 100% on the lead but
I am working on it :)
