Bill I should be there, I will get some footage although I won't
be casting the light weights.
I had a go on 50g yesterday just practicing down the beach on a
Century Tip Tornado and I didn't like it. At all!

Steve I'm not surprised the century ttld doesn't cast the
lightweights well, l think it's too powerful for
lightweights.Best to check it's casting weight think it's up to
150grams and if not wrong it' casts.125grams.easily so best to
use a 2-4oz rod.I use Leeda icon light sport 2-4oz and Penn pit
viper 2-4ozs and I use 75grams on them and they fly ! Think it's
crucial to use the correct casting rating rods for
lightweights.Actually I find it a lot fun using these rods
especially the Leeda icon light sport it's very easy to use them
coz they are so light and it's easy to get behind them and give
the rod some serious stick coz they're so user friendly and
these lightweights go surprisingly good distances !
Just my opinion
