       can someone help?

       ok, so for the past 2-3weeks my internet has been really slow
       and  so has my cpu, i cleaned my cpu and that did nothing it's
       my internet, whenever i try to go on the webclients it won't
       load for me, i've been trying this for 2 days, im now just
       downloading the client but i also want to play the webclients
       aswell, can someone help?
