Yes the new client will be released but its a matter of, when?
I have coded the shops and i am requesting assistance on
rune-server due to a major bug.
Until then, i am finishing my coding on TorvaZone and i have
added the black + lava party hats and now rs-ps.org is letting
me embed a new client (yay for me)
These will be released tonight, also whoever creates a
'TorvaZone' background will earn one of the new items.
I want a really good one :D

Those baggrounds arent decent.
They look gd, but they are abit messy
And there either to big or to small for the bagground size.
- To complicated, though.
