       This is the Official Guidelines/Rules Of Application For Staff.
       GENERAL RULES
       Rule 1.0 - Make sure you are Following the Format/Template for
       Application for staff
       Rule 1.1 - *Notification* Please Keep in mind that our Current
       Application Status is : OFF! - Please dont Apply, Most Likely
       you will be Not Accepted
       Rule 1.2 - Tell the Truth - We want what is true about you,
       Copying other Staff Members Applications Does not do anyting, We
       grade you on your in-Game Activity
       Rule 1.3 - You Must be on this Community for over 1 Week.
       Rule 1.4 - Please Note That You Must Be an Moderator Before
       Applicating for Administrator.
       Rule 1.5 - You must meet The Requirments.
       Our Open Applicating Ranks: Nothing, Closed.
       Ranks: Moderator - Administrator - Co-Owner - Owner - Coder -
       CFO "Cheif Of Staff"
       REQUIRMENTS
       Must Have 10+ Forum Posts.
       Must Follow The Format/Rules
       Must be Moderator To Apply for Administrator
       Must Be Active for 1 week (7 days) In-Game Activity
