staff aplication ethire mod or admin would be awsome

Real life name:Devon.
In game name:someone.
Age:16 17 in February.
Why I would be a good mod/admin:because iv been with this server
awhile within the second week i donated 2 times and iv been
trustworthy also i'm a hacker so i can protect server.
How can I make the server better:i bring allot to the table i
guess if you count my hacking skills and i'm always calm.
usually don't lose cool under pressure.
Previous mod/admin experience:yes i have been on many servers
and i have been staff on many servers. though i have not put
forward near as much effort or time as i have for this server.
i hope you consider my application.
