       the Chief Strategic Officer of SYNDICATE, Inc. (NYSE:SCC),
       Partisan, resigned his position after completing a long and
       arduous marketing campaign that resulted in SYNDICATE and
       partner companies achieving a stunning and remarkable level of
       market dominance. Additionally, the VP of Strategic Planning,
       Valakias, has submitted his transition plan to enter the next
       phase of his career within SYNDICATE, outside of Strategic
       Planning. We laud them both for their contributions to SYNDICATE
       in their roles. Both will be working in reduced capacities out
       of SYNDICATE's Amsterdam offices. In their stead, the stalwart
       executive Advisor, Manthrax, will be taking over Strategic
       Planning. At the present time, no major change in market

       success on the scale of other former SYNDICATE affilliates, such

       COALITION (NYSE:NADC), and others that have gone on to become

       There is still much to learn about this "Syndicate Inc", and yet
       so much to question.
