       All Channels Down

       I have Cust. with all channels down or some of them working but
       freezing every second, let me know for any updates.

       we really need to have the actual channels that down. because i
       checked a few channels and they seem to be working for me. as
       far as freezing could be there internet is too slow. may need to
       upgrade to faster internet.
